He really struggled with balancing on a normal bike so we thought Strider would be perfect. He wasn't fond of riding it with the shorter seat post. His feet really dragged on the ground. So we ordered the taller seat and it has made a whole world of a difference. Our son is really getting the hang of balancing on the bike, which he couldn't do with the shorter post.
