My 3yo rides his strider like a maniac. After a year of ever-increasing aggressive cornering, the stock, solid tires just weren't cutting it anymore. These are real pneumatic bicycle tires with excellent traction on hard surfaces. He's carving turns like a pro now!

Another plus is being able to adjust the air pressure for the terrain. Rougher trails or packed-sand are better ridden with a lower tire pressure, where harder surfaces benefit from 30-35psi for less rolling resistance.

The alloy rims are extremely sturdy and the build quality is spot-on for the price. Make sure you have some washers handy to shim the axle a bit. The bearing tension lock-nuts were about 3/8" narrower than the stock wheels.

Already recommended these to my brother-in-law for his kid. Good stuff for the buck!
